Architecting the Aimake Portal: A Technical Deep Dive
Redefining the Personal Digital Lab
Welcome to the newly launched Aimake Portal. This isn't just a portfolio; it's a living engineering laboratory where I experiment with bleeding-edge web technologies, UI/UX paradigms, and AI integrations.
As an AI Product Engineer and Indie Hacker, I needed a space that reflects my commitment to performance, aesthetics, and scalable architecture.
The Technical Foundation
The architecture was chosen to maximize edge performance and developer velocity:
- Next.js 16 (App Router): Leveraging React Server Components (RSC) and aggressive static generation for sub-second page loads.
- Tailwind CSS v4 & Framer Motion: Crafting the deep-space, cyberpunk glassmorphism aesthetic. The dynamic hover states and
MouseGlowmechanics were built to make the interface feel alive without sacrificing 60fps rendering. - Edge-first Deployment: Hosted on Vercel's Edge Network, ensuring that whether a user visits from San Francisco or Singapore, the Time to First Byte (TTFB) is virtually zero.
Content as a Core Engine
Instead of relying on fragmented external platforms, this portal features a custom-built MDX Blog Engine.
By parsing local .md files at build time and hydrating them with Tailwind Typography, it creates a seamless, self-hosted "Build in Public" pipeline. Every technical decision, product launch, and system architecture deep dive will be published directly here.
What's Next?
With the foundational infrastructure deployed, the focus now shifts back to product engineering. Expect detailed case studies on Real-time Voice Agents, WebRTC latency optimizations, and the continuous evolution of Brain Planet.
The journey is just beginning.
